Lecsós szelet galuskával

Hozzávalók:
(2 személyre)

Lecsóhoz:

2 fej vöröshagyma
4 húsos paprika
4-5 paradicsom
kicsi erős zöldpaprika
0,5 dl étolaj

Elkészítése:

egyébként e szerint készítettem el a lecsót.

A húshoz:

személyenként 2 szelet sertés lapocka  (vagy karaj, tarja,  comb) 
kevés liszt
kb. 0,5 dl étolaj

Elkészítése: 

A szelet húsokat besózom, kicsit állni hagyom, majd lisztbe mártom őket és az étolajon mindkét felüket szép pirosra sütöm. Ekkor kevés vizet öntök alá, hogy legyen ideje megpuhulni.
Amikor megpuhult, készen áll a tálalásra.

Elkészítem a galuskát, majd tálalom a hússal és a lecsóval.

Galuskát szaggatni ebben a hőségben,nem semmi!!!de azért erről eszembe jut a tojásos galuska,amit egyik nap csinálok is!!!

Mellissina2, mit tegyek, ehhez volt kedvem...:)) Még választhattam volna ugyan ezt rizzsel, de a rizst én a sütőben készítem el. Nem tudom, úgy jobban jártam volna?:))
Délelőtt még nem volt nagyon meleg a konyhámban, a délutáni nap süti...
Ugye-ugye, azért egy tojásos galuskáért is vállalja az ember(lánya) a kényelmetlenséget?:))
