BISTO POWDER FOR ORIGINAL GRAVY
4x5 ml spoon (4 level tsp) Bisto, 280ml (1/2 pint) cold water or stock.
1. Put the Bisto in a cup and blend with a little of the meat juices or cold water to make a smooth cream.
2. Pour off most of the fat from the rasting tin reserving the meat juices. Add remaining stock or water to the tin.
3. Stowly add the prepared Bisto. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
